The trainings and activities of La foret du dragon are in the wild nature. You must behave responsibly. Both for your own safety and the safety of others. In case of unsafe behavior we reserve the right to remove the participant/student. Refund of participation fee is then not possible.

The accommodations and activities are in the wild nature. We advise you to adjust your behaviour and have a good health or travel insurance. 
The main risks at our terrain are the roughness and steepness of the mountain, the presence of wild life, intens weather conditions.

La foret du Dragon is not liable for incidents and injuries inflicted on the place

After registration, the student/participant has a reflection period of 7 days to cancel the registration free of charge. Please note: after this week registration requires payment.

You will receive an invoice after registration. You must pay this within the specified payment term.

The organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the holiday or activity in the event of insufficient participation, illness of the teacher/organizer or other unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a message about this. Of course you will not owe any costs and you will receive any money paid back as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation by the organization, in circumstances of a natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, the costs will not be recovered from the organization.

If you cancel at least 16 weeks before the first day, half of the course fee and € 25.00 in administration costs are due.

In the event of cancellation less than 12 weeks before the start of the first day of the course, 100% of the course fee and €25.00 in administrative costs will be due.

In case of non-appearance of the student, the full amount must still be paid.
Cancellation must be made in writing by means of a registered letter or an email with read confirmation.

If the research holiday has already started and the student becomes ill or has an accident during the course, no refund of the course fee will be possible.

Our advice: take out cancellation insurance. In the event of an accident, illness or death, they will cover your costs.

Having the place taken by someone else during the holiday. 
This is of course only possible before the start of the holiday. If there are people on the waiting list, they will take precedence. When introducing a candidate yourself, it is at the discretion of the organization whether or not this person is suitable. So no rights can be taken away from this! If the place can indeed be taken by someone else, at the sole discretion of the organization, only the administration costs of €25 will be charged. Any teaching materials received must be returned within one week at the expense of the student.

The copyright of all course material rests with La Foret du dragon, unless stated otherwise.

The course material may not be reproduced, stored in an automated database or made public by means of print, photocopy, microfilm, internet or in any other way without the prior written permission of La foret du dragon

It is not permitted to make the course material available to third parties. Copyright infringement is classified as a crime.
