Together with my pack goats and pony, we will trek through the serene nature of France to gain clarity on your relationship patterns and create new, healthy connections.

In just one week, I'll help you understand your relationship challenges and form new patterns. This is your chance to take responsibility for your behavior and relationships in a deeper, more fulfilling way.

What to Expect During This Week

Day 1: Saturday - Arrival and Initial Insight

  • Welcome and Introduction: Settle into your new surroundings – your home for the week, either in my self-built Tiny House or our charming old stone house.
  • Personal Reflection: After a relaxed meal, we'll get straight to work. You'll receive a special reflection booklet designed for your relationship challenges. Your first task is to write down the recurring patterns in your relationships. This immediately provides insight into what's going on, helping you gain clarity. Your first quick win!

Day 2: Sunday - Explore Your Emotions and Patterns

  • Meet the Herd: Get to know the animals accompanying us on our journey.
  • Attachment Style: During a 6 km morning hike, we’ll dive into your attachment style – the way you connect with others. Understanding this is key to understanding why things go wrong in relationships. We’ll not only understand it intellectually but also feel it. You'll start seeing where your pain points are and why they keep recurring.

Day 3-4: Monday/Tuesday - Pilgrimage and Further Exploration

  • A Deep Dive: We’ll head into nature for a 2-day, 10 km pilgrimage. Pony Jo and goat Billy will carry our supplies, giving you space to reflect.
  • Emotional Triggers: We’ll explore the emotional triggers you experience in relationships. What hurts you? What makes you angry? We'll also examine how you communicate through your Parent, Adult, and Child roles. You’ll gain insights into how you respond in relationships and the underlying causes of your patterns.

Day 5: Wednesday - Relax and Let It Sink In

  • Rest and Reflection: This is a day of rest where you’ll let everything you’ve learned settle. Reflect, read, paint, or explore the surroundings in silence. It’s a chance to find inner peace and deeply integrate all that you’ve learned.

Day 6: Thursday - Learn Healthy Boundaries

  • Set Boundaries: Using the Circle of Consent, you’ll learn how to set clear boundaries in relationships.
  • Practical Application: On the hike, we’ll practice asserting your boundaries and explore what it feels like to give and receive with mutual respect. This will give you more control and confidence in shaping your relationships.

Day 7: Friday - Conclude Your New Patterns with a Long Hike

  • Integrating Insights: We take a long, concluding hike along a beautiful gorge. Here, we’ll connect all the insights you’ve gained and take time to solidify the new patterns you’ve developed. You’ll feel stronger, balanced, and ready to approach your relationships with new energy and clarity.

Day 8: Saturday - Return Home with a New Perspective

  • Farewell and Reflection: On the final day, you say goodbye to the herd and your temporary home. With a head full of new insights and a heart full of self-love, you return home. Now, you have the tools and confidence to engage in healthy, loving relationships that suit you best.
