Start by navigating with your GPS to “Mairie de Murols”
Once there, stop following your GPS – it may try to send you down impossible tracks.

Starting point:

Destination:

Les Martres, 12600 Murols

Step-by-step directions:
1. Leave the town hall:
* Exit the town hall and head south onto the main road (D505).
* You’ll pass a large parking area with a metal cow sculpture on your right hand side.

Get off at Aurillac station. From there, you can take the bus to Mur-de-Barrez.

The nearest airport is in Aurillac. Regular connections with Paris are provided by Airlinair. It is also possible to arrive at Rodez airport with flights from Paris, Lyon or Brussels.

2. Follow the D505:
* Continue along the D505 for about 1 kilometer.
* You’ll drive through forested areas – stay on the asphalt road.

3. Arriving at Les Martres:
* After approximately 1 km, you’ll see a turnoff on your right with a sign marked “Les Martres.”
* Turn right here.
* Follow this road until you reach a sharp bend with some garbage containers – instead of following the road to the left, go straight ahead onto a narrower paved track.

4. Arriving at La Forêt du Dragon:
* After about 600 meters, look to your right for a sandy track with a small wooden sign showing a bed and a tent.
* Turn right onto this sandy path.
* Follow this track until you reach the parking area of La Forêt du Dragon.

2. Follow the D505:
* Continue along the D505 for about 2.3 kilometer.
* You’ll drive through forested areas – stay on the asphalt road.

3. Arriving at Segurens:
* After approximately 2.3 km, you’ll see a turnoff on your right with a sign marked “Ségurens.”
* Turn right here.

4. Arriving at La Forêt du Dragon:
* After about 600 meters, look around the band for a post box. You see a sign with two houses. Enter this sandy track.
* Follow this track until you reach the Tiny House and the Stone House.
